Job Description
Oversee scrum
process and coach teams on how best to use Scrum and Agile practices; Analyze
business needs, conduct Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint
Retrospective, Backlog Refinement; Create dashboards & reporting, Jira
automation, Agile charts; burn up-down, version reports, cumulative flow.
Support short & long-term release planning, appropriate prioritization and
keep the backlog up to date for the future Sprint planning; Work with team
members to remove any impediments during the Standups; Extensive usage of
skills like Agile Scrum, Kanban, XP, TDD, Waterfall, Scrumban, JIRA, Github,
Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Smartsheets, Trello, Rally, AWS, MS Sharepoint, PowerBI,
Java, .NET, Unix, SQL server, Snowflake, Snaplogic, JSON, Ping, IPs, DMZ, DHCP,
Firewalls, routers, switch, modems.
